This wild collab from February 2019, the Converse x Brain Dead One Star Egret, comes in mismatched graphics of leopards, polka dots and zebras across the upper. A Dead Patch logo appears on the collar, as does the iconic Converse motif on the medial collar, whilst the text across the midsole comes in a suede finish. Now available on KLEKT.
