Klekt Fashion Forum Mid Patchwork

The adidas Mid Patchwork decorates the iconic 80s basketball staple in an almost unrecognisable collage of colours and materials, inspired by the Bauhaus style. The upper features black leather on the toe cap and ankle, with light greys on the toe box and heel. We then get multiple pops of colour with ochre suede eyestays, and panels of maroon and periwinkle leather throughout the shoe. One of the most significant details has to be the geometric print on the black mesh tongue and side panels, replacing the usual Three Stripes branding.
